After you submit your request, one of our Personal Shopper experts will contact you. You will be billed for the actual costs of the purchase + Personal shopper service fee. Please provide the 1st payment via POSB/DBS/UOB bank transfer to complete the purchase.

1st Payment = (Actual costs* + service fee* ) x exchange rate

 

* Actual costs includes US local shipping fees + sales tax.

* Service fee is 4.9% x actual costs, or USD8.95, whichever is higher

* Rate of Exchange: US$1 = SG$1.35. Adjustment will be made accordingly if any changes in rates.
• Confirmation of Order only after 1st payment is received. 

• No cancellation/change of orders after confirmation. 
• 100% full refund will be made if item selected is out of stock.  

* Working days are from Monday to Friday, email repond time shall not exceed 1 working day.
* We will not be held liable for shipment delays from the merchant/freight forwarding company.
* We willl not be held liable for any lost or damage of your items en route from US to Singapore.
* Note that if total purchase exceeds SGD400, entire sum will be subjected to GST.
